1. Eligibility
This promo is open to all regular members, including staff and officers, who purchase any of our official Bundle Packages.

2. How to Join
* Purchase any regular Bundle Package to receive *one (1) raffle entry.
* Purchase the Infinite Products Bundle to receive multiple raffle entries under one (1) bundle purchase.
* The exact number of entries for the Infinite Bundle shall be based on the promo mechanics set by the management.
* Multiple purchases will earn corresponding multiple entries.
* All qualified entries will be recorded in our electronic raffle system.

3. Promo Period
The promotion runs from January 2026 to March 21, 2026.
Only bundle purchases made within this period are valid.

4. Raffle Draw Schedule
The electronic raffle draw will be conducted during the
35th General Assembly Meeting using a random electronic system to ensure fairness and transparency.

5. Prizes
* Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
* The organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal value if necessary.

6. Announcement of Winners
Winners will be announced live during the General Assembly and/or through official communication channels.

7. Claiming of Prizes
* Winners must present a valid ID and proof of purchase.
* Prizes must be claimed within one (1) month from the announcement date.
* Unclaimed prizes after one month will be forfeited.

8. Disqualification
Any fraudulent activity, invalid entries, or non-compliance with these terms will result in disqualification.

9. Data Privacy
All personal information collected will be used solely for raffle purposes and handled with strict confidentiality.

10. Organizer’s Rights
Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.
All decisions are final and binding.

11. Agreement
Participation signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
