TALCRECO FUNCTION HALL RESERVATION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. RESERVATION AND BOOKING

· All reservations must be confirmed through our official booking form or authorized personnel

· A booking fee of ₱2,500 (50% of the total cost) is required to secure your reservation for the standard package, and the remaining 50% can be paid during or after the event.

· An alternative hourly rate of ₱650 per hour is available.

· Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of signed contract and initial payment

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

· Cancellations made 3 days or more before event date: 100% refund of all payments

· Cancellations made less than 3 days before event date: 50% refund of downpayment only

· Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions) may be considered for rescheduling without penalty

3. FACILITY USAGE

· The standard rental period is 8 hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) at ₱5,000

· Alternative hourly rate available at ₱650 per hour

· Overtime charges of ₱800 per hour apply for extensions beyond 5:00 PM

· Capacity is up to 100 persons for safety compliance

· Setup and breakdown time are included in the rental period

· The client must vacate premises by agreed end time or overtime charges apply

4. EQUIPMENT AND AMENITIES

· Sound system, tables, chairs, air conditioning, and WiFi are included

· Projector rental available at ₱150 per hour

· Any damage to facility or equipment will be charged at replacement cost

· TALCRECO is not responsible for personal belongings left on premises

5. CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS

· No smoking inside the premises (₱5,000 penalty per violation)

· Decorations must not damage walls, ceiling, or fixtures (damage charges apply)

6. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

· The client is liable for any damage caused by guests

· TALCRECO reserves the right to terminate event for violation of terms

· Client must restore venue to original condition or pay restoration costs

7. PAYMENT TERMS

· All payments must be made in Philippine pesos.

· Outstanding balances accrue 3% monthly interest after due date

8. FORCE MAJEURE AND EMERGENCIES

· TALCRECO may reschedule or cancel events due to emergencies

· In case of power outage or technical issues, rental fee adjustment may apply

· Natural disasters, government orders, or building emergencies void liability

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

· These terms are binding upon signature of rental agreement

· Modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties

· Disputes shall be resolved through amicable settlement or proper legal channels

· TALCRECO reserves the right to update terms with 30-day notice

PENALTY SUMMARY:

· Late payment: 3% monthly interest

· Smoking violation: ₱5,000

· Damage to property: Replacement cost

· Overtime beyond 5PM: ₱800 per hour

· Early cancellation (less than 3 days): 50% refund only

PRICING OPTIONS:

· Standard Package: ₱5,000 (8am-5pm, 8 hours)

· Hourly Rate: ₱650 per hour

· Projector: ₱150 per hour

· Overtime (beyond 5PM): ₱800 per hour

By signing the reservation agreement, the client acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions stated herein.
