Q: I passed the assessment but haven’t received my Pre-Membership Certificate. Who should I contact?
A: Certificates are usually sent via email within 24 hours of passing the assessment. If you haven’t received it:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered a valid email during registration
