FAQ: How do I become a member of TALCRECO through the Online PMES?

A: Becoming a member is easy and can be done online! Just follow these simple steps:

🧑‍💻 1. Attend the Online PMES

Start by completing the 6 educational modules in our Online Pre-Membership Education Seminar.

🔹 Learn about the cooperative’s benefits, your rights, and responsibilities as a member
🔹 Modules are self-paced and can be accessed anytime
🔹 You must complete all modules before taking the assessment

📝 2. Take the Membership Assessment

Once all modules are done, you will be prompted to take the assessment.

📝 Details:

• 20 multiple-choice questions

• 30-minute time limit

• Minimum score to pass: 80%

• You may retake the assessment anytime if you don’t pass

✅ "Congratulations! You’re eligible for your certificate upon passing."

📩 3. Receive Your Certificate

After passing, your Pre-Membership Certificate will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

No worries — you can:

• Rewatch the video modules

• Retake the assessment anytime

• There is no limit on attempts

🏢 4. Finalize Your Membership at the Office

Bring the following to the TALCRECO office to complete your application:

📄 Required Documents:

• Pre-Membership Certificate

• Valid Government-Issued ID

• Proof of Residence

• 2x2 ID Photo

• Membership Application Form (provided at the office)

💵 Initial Payment:

• Membership Fee: ₱150

• Minimum Share Capital: ₱3,000

• Savings Deposit: ₱1,000
