Q: I finished the Online PMES assessment. How can I access and download my certificate?
A: Once you complete the assessment and pass, your Pre-Membership Certificate is automatically sent to your registered email. Here’s how to find it:

📍 Step 1: Finish the Assessment
Complete all 6 PMES modules and pass the assessment with at least 80%.
Your certificate will be generated and emailed within 24 hours.
📍 Step 2: Check Your Email Inbox
Open the email address you used to register.
Look for a message with your certificate attached (usually as a PDF).
📍 Step 3: Check Spam or Junk Folder
If it’s not in your inbox, check the Spam or Junk folder.
Email providers like Gmail sometimes misclassify system emails.
📍 Step 4: Mark It as “Not Spam”
Open the email in Spam.
Click “Not Spam” or “Report not spam” so future emails go to your inbox.
